Why work with David?
I've been working in tech organisations as a Leader for over 10 years. I worked my way up from an Engineer to Director learning a lot and also making a lot of mistakes along the way. I've managed large global teams as well as navigated smaller fast paced startups.A lot of coaches I have come across lack the practical experience you need in a coach. What separates me from most career coaches, is that I am still actively working at a tech company. So you're not only getting a coach but a mentor and trusted advisor.
How does coaching work?
A coach is like a co-pilot, I am here to support and help you get to your next destination.
Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes and done using Zoom. But even though we have structured sessions, I’m also available to you via email to help you deal with the things that inevitably come up in between our scheduled meetings. The first step once you’ve decided you’re interested in coaching is to email me and i’ll give you all the information you need to get started.
What will we talk about? I'm not really sure what to expect.
