Why work with David?
I've been working in tech organisations as a Leader for over 10 years. I worked my way up from an Engineer to Director learning a lot and also making a lot of mistakes along the way. I've managed large global teams as well as navigated smaller fast paced startups.A lot of coaches I have come across lack the practical experience you need in a coach. What separates me from most career coaches, is that I am still actively working at a tech company. So you're not only getting a coach but a mentor and trusted advisor.
How does it work?
I am here to support and help you get to your next step.
Our sessions are typically 60 minutes and done using Zoom. I can coach, mentor or advise you, it's your choice.
